Pet friendly, clean, decent workspace if you need it. A note about the entrances that can be confusing. What looks to be the main guest entrance (where the automatic doors & luggage carts are) basically faces north and does not seem to be the entrance most guests would find first. There is a side guest entrance that leads to a patio with tables and chairs, and it was this side entrance that I used when I visited. Neither of these entrances requires a key card. There is a door at the south end that is accessible with a key card (see photo). By way of better orienting yourself, each of the first two guest entrances mentioned above are visible from what seems to be the main guest entrance of the Hampton Inn & Suites, which is basically from where I took the photo that shows the first

Desiree welcomed me very warmly when I arrived in the evening. It felt like coming home.|Jennifer was equally helpful. I had her full attention and she resolved very quickly my other accomodation needs. |These two ladies were just amazing!|The accomodations were great, clean and neat.

Positive: Location was good and front desk was friendly. The bed was clean Negative: Carpet in the room was filthy, decorative shelving directly above breakfast foods was covered in half inch of grimy dust. Staff at the breakfast was short tempered, dismissive and nasty. The place is tired and not well kept.

We had such an amazing stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton in Rohnert Park. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was a delight.||The room was spotless — genuinely one of the cleanest hotel rooms we’ve ever checked into. It felt fresh, comfortable, well cared for, and clearly well maintained. It made such a big difference after long travel.||We also want to personally call out Jennifer and Jon. They were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and so kind. You can tell they genuinely care about guests and take pride in the hotel and the experience people have here. They made everything easy and smooth for us, and it honestly set the tone for the whole stay.||We absolutely recommend this property — high standards, clean rooms, and great people who actually show up and take care of

Didn't see 1 employee while we there but using the app, was already checked in and had digital key. There are EV chargers there and do work but no super fast but good enough. Parking lots lights were not on, which would have been preferred for car security. Otherwise hotel room was clean and just right for quick night stay
