Hampton Inn El Reno

I have had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. They made sure everything went smoothly and were always willing to help me with any questions. Misty, always greeting me with a warm good morning and made me feel right at home. My room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, which made it easy to relax and get a good night rest. Another thing stood out to me was the great customer service I received from Megan and Roselynn. Megan, has a sweet warm spirit that could change any atmosphere. she always made sure I was okay. Wonderful stay! Marcia was fantastic at the front desk. The rooms were clean, nice size. Our only complaint was the breakfast. It was pretty good. Not well attended to. We had to ask if they had eggs and the oatmeal was cold. But the eating area was very nice.|The location was great!

Positive: The staff friendliness and the weekend cook. Negative: It had cleanliness issues. Sanw dirt in stairwell for days; handles in stairwell sticky; floors in elevators seemed to not be mopped often. But overall it was kept up.

They saved our Valentine’s Day and didn’t even know it! Megan was so super friendly and made sure I got my Hilton honors points after we checked in… Roseland in the kitchen for breakfast was so AMAZING!!! She made our morning. Was so friendly eager to help us. Leslie made check out a breeze and we even thought we had lost my husbands wallet(which she was happy to help look for). We found it but she sure didn’t have to care like she did! I would recommend this place over and over!!

We booked online last minute and had a very late check in. They have a complimentary breakfast with many food options, the price was better than the other hotels around and pet friendly. They handed us 2 water bottles with a snack as we checked in. The host was friendly even at midnight. We would definitely stay here again, and it was convenient to the highway.
