Holiday Inn Express & Suites El Reno by IHG

This is one of the best hotels I’ve been in during my family’s road trip. Everything was amazing, staff was super nice, rooms were very clean and very spacious, it was very quiet too, breakfast was fantastic and coffee was fresh and hot, the girl running the breakfast was doing a wonderful job at keeping up with keeping everything filled. Would 100% stop here again on a way through Would recommend to anyone

Good night’s rest along I-40. Easy on/off. Quiet room (123). Clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Soft towels and adequate toiletries. TV worked well as did wi-fi.||Check in/out was efficient and professional. ||Breakfast just the usual fare for IHG.||Would stay again if passing through..

After getting off the highway in OKC and being quite.....uncomfortable with the area and very poor customer service elsewhere, we looked further out on our route and found this place. We called and the lovely desk agent (who's name I wished I'd written down...older gentleman with long gray hair and glasses) got us into the last room for the night! He was such a delight to work with (PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE, MANAGEMENT! You have a real gem working for you!) We were quite shocked when we opened the door to our room!!! The place was HUGE, quiet, and mostly clean. There was some hair left behind in some places, but after being on the road for 13+ hours, I really didn't care. TLDR: A man named Johnny assisted me to a much needed night of rest. I was traveling alone cross country headed East. I booked a hotel in OKC a few days before without looking at the reviews. I was about 40 minutes away before I actually started looking. I decided I'm not going there. It was 10:30 at night. I was exhausted and came around a corner to see a group of hotels. This one was the most well lit and seemed to be the cleanest. I parked up front and hoped there were rooms available. I entered and was met with a friendly greeting by Johnny( I think that was his name). He was helping other guests when I entered. When it was my turn he was able to answer every question, quell all concerns, and got me booked quickly and efficiently for a night of rest. If all the employees are like him,

Our stay was fabulous. The staff was extremely professional and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were great. Bed was wonderful. Wide Breakfast selection…hot food was hot! And tasty. It was foggy when we checked out; staff recommended we wait 30 minutes for it to clear. It was obvious to us that they were concerned with our safety…much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again. And for management, keep the green chairs in the lobby!😊
