Hotel 81 El Reno

The location was great. The customer service was great. The room was very quiet and clean. I have no complaints whatsoever about this place.

Not a bad place to stay if you need somewhere to go for a night or two we were there for Katt fest and it was about 15 minutes away from Lucky Star and the rooms are clean everything worked in the room and convenience stores right next door

Seems like a nice enough hotel but they don’t seem to want pets, even though it says pet friendly. I was really hoping to stay here because I needed to take my dodge van in for emergency repairs at the dealer next door and they said no because I had a dog (but they didn’t even ask what kind or anything and she’s small). I plead my case because my van was squeaking so bad I didn’t want to drive another inch, even asked if I could sleep in my van overnight in their lot and pay them for that….still said no….just seemed to lack humanity a little at the front desk, or they really hate dogs. Left in tears.

The room was OK, however the unsecured Wi-Fi was very slow. It was difficult to take a shower because the water cycled between freezing cold and boiling hot. I have two words for the owners: fitted sheets

I've stayed in extended stay motels all over the world...never imagined I'd ever give one more than 3*s.... this is the exception. The daily rate is fair...and they actually give you a real discount for weekly rates. But the room blew my mind.... I've stayed in 4* motels that weren't as clean. I opened the door of my "smoking room" expecting to get hit with an undescribable odor. Nope... first thing I saw was a very nice loveseat with a coffee table desk and nice desk chair and everything was spotless...no bugs hidden no missed areas of cleanliness.... honestly I'm still in shock...it just proves that it can be done right 👍👍
