Quality Inn Dodge City

Stayed here a number of times and has always been a good price and good stay! Not all the latest renovations but always clean and in good condition! Great staff, nice breakfast and great value!

Positive: Rooms was big and comfy Negative: When I called for reservations, the gentleman on the phone did not tell me they did not have an elevator. I had made a comment that I just had a knee replacement and I couldn't do a lot of walking when we arrived, no elevator, paid extra for ground floor

The room was clean. However hotel staff never emptied our trash, gave us toilet paper or replaced our towels during our 5 day stay. We ended up buying things from Walmart to supplement. More than half the tv channels were in Spanish. Breakfast was exactly the same all 5 days, and the hot tub was broken which wasn’t disclosed on their website. Lastly, our cards stopped working 45 min. Before our checkout time. I wasn’t impressed.

Same story, room not cleaned to standard. Bathroom had mud and scuff marks, and behind the bathroom door, old wads of toilet paper. The staff are polite and the location is good....they need a quality assurance plan for cleaning the rooms.

My family and I came out of town from Denver, Co due to a family emergency and I on accident booked next weekend instead (11/15-11/17). I booked through Expedia because I had points and rewards! Like I said we came due to a family emergency so money is tight! I immediately Called Expedia once I realized that I booked for the wrong weekend . Expedia was willing to change the dates with permission of the hotel. I WASNT canceling, I was moving it one weekend earlier. Dhuruv Bhakti was hesitant to contact her manager, I asked her to please contact them because it was a honest mistake and Expedia needed his/her permission. (managers should answer with emergencies, she stated they were told not to contact them on weekends because they are off). The hotel was still getting business just a weeke
