Best Western North Edge Inn

Amazing rooms. Front desk guy was so amazing, kind and great sense of humor! Hot water and water pressure and nice amenities. I travel for work and love out of vitela this Best Wesyern has it dialed in! Will always stay here! Thank you!

It's a nice, moderately priced hotel. It was clean and it was a bed. We had a long day of travel and arrived around 1 a.m. We just wanted sleep. The so-called "walk in shower" was not. I'm beginning to think Best Western doesn't understand the concept. Otherwise, it was fine. We chose not to partake of the free breakfast, rather we slept-in and ate elsewhere on our way out of town.

This hotel is 30 minutes from Jetmore, Kansas. The hotel was clean, and staff were awesome! Special s/o to Ana who was always there to help me with anything. She went above and beyond. Free breakfast, the hotel room had a kitchen, microwave, big fridge with freezer! If you are planning on staying for 1 week or more, this is a good hotel to stay at. Wifi was ok in the morning, it gets a little slow during the day. The hotel has a laundry, they also sell laundry detergent for 1 dollar. 2 dollars to do the wash, and less than 2 to dry. The gym was small but enough for a full body work out. Food choices are nearby. Walmart is 6 mins away. I hope this helped.

Stayed here for work. Woke up really expecting a hot shower and no friggin hot water. Went to call front desk and phone doesn't work. Employee stated someone worked on water heater day before. Does anybody verify there work!!! Should have been offered at least a partial refund. Front desk attendant didn't seem to care at all. Where has our job integrity went in this country.

High prices given the location and customer service who took a while to answer basic questions. I asked what the cost of a day's stay is and they hesitated and quoted me a higher price than the location in Chicago. I'd recommend keep driving past this location to other motels that are cheaper in the East Part of Kansas.
