Best Western Plus Country Inn & Suites

Basic room that was clean and comfortable. Good towels and amenities in the bathroom and the water pressure was good. This hotel is on a very busy street so it was kind of noisy. The distillery and brewery are close by and it’s close to other restaurants as well. Didn’t choose a balcony room and glad we didn’t because there’s really not much to look at but a busy street. There is a safe in the room. They also have a bar in the lobby that is open from 6-9. Good coffee in the morning but no half and half only 2% milk. All in all we were happy with our room.

Positive: The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was on time. Negative: We purchased a King bed online but when we got to the hotel they said it was a queen in the handicap room!? I was so tired and ready to lay down I didn't even argue it but it was wrong.

My husband and I were traveling cross-country and stopped at the Best Western Country Inn in Dodge City. It was a good overnight stay before the last leg of our trip. And thanks to Francisco for handling our reservation.|The inn has a swell Old West atmosphere with a staircase leading to the second floor from the lobby, which has an interesting layout (there is a pocket bar, the Long Branch Saloon, tucked under the 2nd-floor balcony).|Our room was a standard hotel room but spacious, with a king bed, sitting area with loveseat and overstuffed chair, desk with office chair, and dresser which held the TV and fridge as well as drawers for clothing. Western, cow town themed nicely done. Love it. Super clean, large rooms with its own door to private, outside balcony. Only negative is you can hear main street traffic, but all the positives out weigh that for me.

Very clean room and lobby. Friendly staff. Breakfast was offered but declined as had other plans. Would definitely stay again. Check out personnel was great and very friendly offering suggestions for our travel.
