Quality Inn - Denton

Between the dirty bed sheets, bugs, lights in room not working, microwave in room not working. I can’t decide what was worse. Although roaches and lots of them come first. This hotel has fallen below standards in my opinion I’d stay somewhere else this has become nothing but a cheap run down hotel with rude staff. Couldn’t change rooms was offered can of bug spray no pool here not a top choice property to me anymore. Needs some pop inspections to help them improve there quality. This is not the way a diamond member should have Ben treated or talked to. Shows why there rates are cheaper then other hotels in area. I guess you get what you pay for. Also behind the hotel there guests that stay long term go back there and drink and bar bq. Not very welcoming. Stay clear of this hotel.

Positive: Close to the college campus. Negative: The elevator was broken and we were on the third floor. The hotel is old and smell like mildew. The breakfast was not great. There is a lot of construction around this hotel and easy to miss.

Hmmm the room was clean and comfy. It’s a bit sketchy bc the halls to your room is really dark and there are men standing outside the front smoking at nights. *also, when I arrived I was asked for a $50 cash deposit (which is not stated anywhere) to make sure the room is clean when you check out… so I had to take money out from their machine and pay a fee. The man that’s at the front desk is really nice and he makes it seem safe there

Very compassionate and courteous staff!! Amy, from the front desk, deserves much recognition for her patience and kindness throughout my experience here. I booked a stay for a friend very last minute through booking.com and ended up having to extend her stay halfway through. I got super mixed up regarding the website's extension policies and deposit, and Amy helped walk me through it while also making sure my friend got everything she needed during her stay. I highly recommend booking here, simply because of the kindness of the staff! :))

Had a great experience at this hotel and the pricing was amazing! My boyfriend and I were very impressed with the comfort of the BEDS and pillows, we slept so well! The free breakfast was very good and to top it all off the hotel staff Nancy and Marsha helped me have a very smooth check-out when I was feeling very ill. They were both so understanding and kind throughout our entire stay. Great service, good breakfast, and amazing beds!
