Quality Inn Conway - Greenbrier

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. It was also handy to backup to the room door. The room however is in need of a renovation. There is damage on the edge of the door and outside light is visible under the door so the seal is suspect. The bed is clean and comfy and the bath has a nice granite top and new under mount sink. The shower/tub combination has two cigarette burn marks on the edge. The room has a faint smoking room smell too. Yet the carpet is in very good shape. Overall, the place needs a facelift.

The space felt clean, calm, and practical. Exactly what I needed for a short-term stay.

UPDATE: I was just kicked out because I dirtied up some towels cleaning dirt off myself and for using the trash can to throw away trash 😑 I was harassed by two grown men and a woman who all came to "clean" the room. The room was clean and easy to access from the parking lot. Even with it being right next to the highway it was fairly quiet inside the room. The man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating! It's an older motel but the rooms are clean, the showers are hot and the breakfast is tasty. It is a good value for the price. Although we didn't have time to swim, the pool looked very beautiful and inviting.

Update 3/30/25 I had an extended stay for work trip and they took so good care of me . Front desk guy think his name was Pat was so sweet and The lady in housing keeping too m. The help me and ge even loaded my things when I left . I will definitely come back ! So kind ….The front desk guy was so kind and very talkative love it
