Quality Inn Columbia Airport

Absolutely one of the best hotels in West Columbia. Staff is super friendly. Nice and quiet location. Very safe. Very clean and well kept. Awesome breakfast. I love staying here. Highly recommend this hotel

The breakfast was not up to choice hotel standards. No bacon or sausage, just sausage gravy with biscuits; the scrambled eggs were very good. They were out of yogurt. They did have bread for toast and mini muffins. A couple of cereal choices. Just not what I’m used to from choice hotels. The room was nice and bed comfortable.

Positive: Clean and near a Walmart. Negative: I did not appreciate the bait & switch. I booked a king size bed and was told there was a problem with the "entire" building. I was switched to a 2 double bedroom where the halls reeked of curry. I was told he could cancel my room but I drove 3 hrs alread

Place is pretty cheap the maids are cool front desk guy needs practice working in hospitality he lacks the communication skills to speak with guest owners should be cautious of the way hes rude like he owns the place and doesn't need occupied rooms to profit. They are very cheap on towels he told me I have to get my towels out by 11am or else we can not get new towels because they have to wash those 3 towels or they will not have enough for others mind you there's maybe 10 other guest max staying here so that means the hotel runs on about 25 towels which is pathetic we pay money for convenience if I paid a week to stay here I dont need someone telling me I cant get clean towels at noon if I choose. Also the king rooms have a huge COCKROACH PROBLEM!!!!! 🪳 i've seen a few little ones also in

Major infestation of what looked like baby cockroaches. We came back late at night from a wedding and flicked on the lights and there were tiny bugs crawling everywhere as you can see in the video. There were more I couldn’t capture due to lighting and how fast they were and how shocked I was. A few got in our suitcase and clothes. For a cheap hotel room the room itself was fine, though they were majorly price gouging for the USC homecoming game night, we paid $160. To their credit, the guy manning the front desk was very apologetic and seemed very surprised and offered to change our room. I told him we had already booked elsewhere and would like our money back. He said he would have to discuss with his manager (fair since it was after 10pm on a Saturday night and he’s likely not upper man
