Quality Inn Cambridge

When I went to check-in, the view was great from the top of the hill where the motel was. Th clerk was very nice and informative. Check-in was easy as I used one of those discount sites and reserved the room before I got there. I got a room on the first floor and was able to park right in front, The room wasn't great big, but it was a good size and the normal aminities along with WiFi that worked well along with the cable for the TV. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great, The breakfast was normal confidential fare along with biscuits and gravy. Oh yeah, there was coffee in the room.

My cousin needed a room for the night and she got there at 4am and she was charged full price for the room and had to be out by 11. I have given this hotel 5 stars on everything in the past. I use to highly recommend this hotel. Not now. If they are going to treat people like that I don't recommend this hotel for anyone. It's a shame because we use to really like to stay there. I don't recommend it.

It didn't compare to the other Quality Inn I've stayed at. The motel was old. I think it was clean but didn't look like it. The room had a funny smell, so did the towels. The bathroom light/fan was loud, the tile was cracked, the wood in the door jams was rotten at the bottom, the tub was stained and didn't drain. The remote on the TV didn't work right. My granddaughter had a waffle for breakfast and was licking the cup that had the batter in it. There was a hair in it. Then she was eating her waffle and found a hair in that. The next day we went out for breakfast. Basically it was a place to sleep and thank goodness that's all I needed it for. I think next time I'll try another hotel in the area.

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. I travel for work and stayed here one night. The floor was uneven and disgusting. I actually used a towel to wipe the grime off the floor before I felt even safe to take my tennis shoes off. The staff that checked me in said I could get refunded for checking out early but the next morning when I wanted to leave the hellhole the guy said I couldn't get a refund. Beware. Don't stay here.

Very basic. Not good for relaxing with chairs. No door on handicap bathrooms. Open to all of room and windows. Breakfast had ants on serving utensils and spoon rests. Teash overflowing. When told staff they said ants were due to syrup and teach full because people have been eating. Had to stand at desk for awhile even while calling for service
