Quality Inn Austintown-Youngstown West

I should probably wait to make a review about this place. But honestly from the start, I was very impressed with Smith the hotel clerk when I checked in tonight he was very professional and polite. Being on the road for almost 6 hours has its toll on anyone. I made a reservation through online and it was all a very smooth process from checking in, and I was able to get to my room right away. Had a super nice hot shower, plenty of pressure, the room was super clean inside and out, they have super fast wi-fi internet, along with multiple channels. They also have a free breakfast! Already I wish I could rate the Quality Inn of Austintown-Youngstown West a 10/10! Very impressed so far and great service here! Highly recommend! I will definitely return as a customer to stay here anytime I

We went to the room and the heat wasn't working. So I asked them to look at it and they brought me a portable electric heater. I told them it won't work for me so I asked for another room. I did get a different room however, the concrete drive would have been better then the bed I slept in. The toilets in both rooms were not tightened so the slid all over.

Jacuzzi tub room was nice but it was right next to the door that was constantly used exit the building. Continental breakfast was provided but juice machine is broken waffle batter is runny and bagel was stale. Staff was friendly. Room was haphazardly cleaned prior to our use and had a distinct marijuana smell when we came in ended up finding a pack of Newports containing 1 cigarette 1 roach and 1/2 a blunt in bedside stand. Checked the rest of the room and it appeared to be cleaned but never checked drawer

I was returning from a vacation and needed to stop somewhere along the way. Unfortunately there was a concert in Cleveland that prevented us from stopping earlier. I mention this because this was the fourth hotel we tried so I was tired and just over it. I should have kept looking. ||I will say that the staff, especially the daytime staff, were very nice. Their juice machine was broken so they brought up two bottles of orange juice for my child who was allergic to the juice they had in the fridge. When I forgot something and needed to run back up after checkout, they were understanding. ||However, the food smells from the restaurant next door permeate the hotel. It wasn't as bad in the room with the air on, but it was not entirely pleasant. It seemed like the hotel had tried to update but

Super clean room. The Indian restaurant moved out but it's still close by. Young lady working the registration desk was very helpfull, polite, and way beyond gorgeous. We talked about fish. SemperFi.
