Quality Inn Atlanta Airport-Central

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is the staff. Everyone here is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. They really make you feel comfortable and appreciated as a guest. Another thing I really appreciate is how clean the hotel is. I’ve personally never seen any bugs during my stays, and the rooms are always kept very clean. Housekeeping does a great job and checks in every morning to make sure you’re good and have everything you need, which I think says a lot about the level of care they have for their guests. It may not be the fanciest hotel out there, but the hospitality & cleanliness is top tier!

As a senior citizen.. night people workers are very nasty and disrespectful. Didn't feel safe. Herd gun shots in the hotel.. spent a lot of money for my stay. I was forced and threaten to say nice things about the place. I literally had to clean my room every day that I was their.. rooms had a lot of roaches . Bathroom molded.. refrigerator was dirty a lot of roaches inside and under refrigerator.... Night staff going in side my room . Didn't feel safe.. homeless . Some people knocking on . Door asking for drugs.. they where people asking me how is the stay.. slot of the rooms doors look like it was kicked down . Some TV didn't work some windows didn't work.. some people check in and out Right away . Because it was nasty . Especially night shift worker .. rude to the customer. Had to cal

The day before checkout, the manager knocked on my door and told me to make sure that I checked out the following morning because they did not want me there bc they heard information regarding me from someone. Not sure what it was but whatever it was they were highly rude and unprofessional. They cursed at me the next morning and called the cops to have them remove me from the property. I didn’t break any laws neither did I disrespect anyone. I will be definitely filing suit against the people that own this place. Don’t ever support unprofessional people like this!

My room was decent and had everything I that I expected it to have. It was clean and no pest like some other hotels no matter what level your room is on. The am front staff personnel is also friendly and trying to accommodate you as well. Would be staying here again and I love the 55 inch tv screen in my room too. That was the icing on the cake.

I do not usually leave a bad review but this hotel was horrible. 10 out of 10 do not recommend! The worst part was the fact that it was nasty- I don’t even know if our room had been cleaned! The first room had no tv remote and 3 flat pillows- we asked for more because my husband has a bad back and sleeps inclined but they wouldn’t give us any. Then we saw a mouse!! We were given another room- which was worse than the first one. Only 2 pillows that were so flat even 2 didn’t equal 1 normal sized pillow. The toilet rim under the seat was not cleaned- pee stains were covering it. There was a weird nasty spot on the door- I don’t even want to know. And when I took a shower- my water was barely warm all the way on hot- and then got cold before I was even done- and I take fast showers! Not one o
