Quality Inn at Arlington Highlands

The hotel is very dirty. The shower knob was broken. There was mold all over the shower. The sink had dirt on the tap. Checked into the first room and it smelled so bad went back and asked for a refund she said no that she’d put in another room if it’s a smell issue. Meaning she knew she put me in a room that had a bad smell. Then the next room I was given I still didn’t like it and went back attempting to checkout but she said she cannot. I had booked another hotel already and just wanted a refund processed so that I could leave. Worst stay of my life

I love this place! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Niki, Sasha and Roger at the front desk, make my stay here enjoyable and complete. My room is comfortable and safe. My only issue is the Wi-Fi, which I'm told, is being looked into. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. And outside entry makes my comings and goings so easy, no elevator waits and no long walks to the car. I really like that. And the price is just right.Thank you Quality Inn.

Went to breakfast! Waffle Mix was watered down! They had no real sugar for 3 days! It’s literally the same breakfast every day and no no change. They supposed to offer more and it is not served! Barely wants to clean the room correctly!! Rooms be half cleaned!!

I have no idea how this property ever got a 3.4 rating! My husband and I stay at Choice Hotel properties exclusively and this is by far, one of the worst experiences we have ever had! At arrival, I found that neither of the keys seemed to work so I went back to the office. WhenI gave the room number, she didn't re-program my keys, she just said she would come down when she could. When she arrived, she flashed the key to the lock, then had to absolutely put her entire weight on the handle to force it down to open. We found that we had to do the same from the inside of the door so feared that we wouldn't be able to escape if there was a fire! The room reeked of pets, the floor in the bathroom area was covered in paint and stains and there was a big dent in the floor in front of the toi

I saw 2 little spiders in my room. The sink had a slow drain. More than that, I was charged a $50 deposit to my card in addition to the price of the room. If I had paid with cash, it would have been $100. I saw a price online, $36. Bait and switch. I paid $59. My deposit was not returned to me the next morning. I was told 5-7 business days! This is not good customer service. That is bad business 😕
