Quality Inn and Suites Indiana

I checked in to recuperate from surgery. The clerk at the front desk was very kind and accommodating of my situation. My room was as close to a door as possible to limit walking. I was able to have 4 days of quiet and calm to heal. Overall, a clean, comfortable room with an attentive staff. Perfect!

I'm going to cut to the chase... this is an old hotel. It is worn, tired and in need of a massive facelift. The musty air sets the ambiance that this hotel was probably much better in its younger days.| |At the end of the day, though, it is not a bad value. The rooms are affordable and have been updated. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. And it was a decent night's sleep. ||The free breakfast was... free. Not much here, the only hot selection was waffles. Otherwise, a basic selection of cold cereals, bagels and muffins. A few juices. Coffee that belongs at a high school football game. ||The pool was closed. Do not stay here. We checked in today at 4ish and left right away to help decorate for a wedding hall. We got back about 30 minutes ago due to the fact that my daughter which is 18 was screaming and standing on the bed due to a cockroach. Then we started to check the room and found a filthy toilet and mold in the bed area. We packed up and went back to the help desk, to tell him the issue and he said there was nothing he could due but give us another room. I asked him to call his manager and told me he was out of town and there no one else. So your telling me that if the was a emergency at the hotel such as a fight or death of someone, there is noone. I call that bullshit. I called the state police and they told me that it is a civil matter but I can tell my attorney that the calls are

My family and I stayed at this hotel to attend my nephews graduation at IUP. It was a great location, minutes from the kovalchick convention and athletic complex. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. My room was a bit dated, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a two double bed room, My sister down the hall from me had a two queen bed room and that room was much nicer, as it look like it had new flooring put in instead of the carpets we had. The breakfast buffet was okay. I have stayed at other quality inns and i expected it to have eggs. It wasnt an issue but I thought that was a bit odd to have sausage and No eggs. One think I will note-- the side walks had some black ice on them-- I FORGOT to tell them when we arrived-- I was soo tired-- but in the morning

Clean, convenient location with exterior door locks that actually work. The only issue is that the floor of the tub was installed as a flexible trough angled 30 degrees from the side to a strip of level tub floor only 1-2 inches wide. This is in ALL the rooms (I’ve stayed in at least 15 of them) It’s very unstable for those of us over 50 years old.
