Customer Reviews
Not the typical experience I am used to from a Days Inn. Many items that need repair. Staff is ok but not very helpful. Room and bed were fine and shower was hot with good pressure. The room thermostat kept resetting itself back to 69 degrees. Breakfast is not what I am used to. Went to the breakfast area at 7:45am on a Saturday morning and there were 4 honey buns, some fruit loops, and coffee, and thats it!. Went back later and there were zero honey buns but that was the only change. Will not stay here again.
I would not recommend any female staying here, especially alone. My boyfriend left to go to the store, while he was gone I went downstairs to meet DoorDash. The guy who works at the front desk at night was watching me. When I got upstairs there was a man with no shirt on waiting at the top of the steps with the door open and watched me the whole way to my room. I called my boyfriend to come back and when he got there the guy was still in the hallway. We both went back downstairs together, and my boyfriend witnessed the guy at the front desk staring me down again. We both really believe they were watching me together and thought my boyfriend left for the night and I was there alone.
The people were friendly. However, the breakfast was simply front loops and out of date muffins. No milk, no waffles, no yogurt. The coffee came from a single lukewarm thermos. When you walk in, there's a couch and several "skill game" machines. Let's say they don't draw many families in the atmosphere.
The two good things are, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. | In the room you cannot set the fan to run continuously, so there was no air circulation and it got quite stuffy, and did not have the noise from it to cover up the blaring TV in the next room. No coffee maker in the room. ALL that was available for breakfast was two different kinds of cereal, some muffins, juice and coffee. Fortunately there is a McDonald’s next door.
The service was just okay. Sometimes, I didn't understand the cashier's English accent very well. They had a very harder time understanding me. Sometimes, I raised my voice with them. Luckily, they could help me store my suitcase there. I enjoyed food there. The public transportation is very convenient in Indiana County. I could take the bus to where I wanted to go. In my room, I could take a shower. The room is very quiet. I can watch TV there.
