Hilton Garden Inn Indiana at IUP

The Hilton Garden Inn is a great hotel. It's right near the Indiana University of Pennsylvania campus. Which comes in handy for those traveling to do work in the area. The hotel itself is always clean, the staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms are well-appointed and always cleaned properly. One of the best features of the hotel area is the great restaurant inside the hotel itself. Some of the best food in the area is made right there! I highly recommend this location don't think about doing anything else at all if you need a place to stay.

This was an exceptional Hilton Garden Inn. We were impressed with the beautiful lobby, nice breakfast buffet and clean rooms. The beds were comfy and the digital keys worked perfectly. It was unexpected to find such a nice hotel in a small town. This is an excellent place to stay and we will be back.

Positive: Very clean and staff were very friendly! Negative: Heater in room kept reverting back to cooler temperature.

Very nice, newer hotel that's almost right on campus. Very easy to find and get in and out of. We actually went to celebrate my son's bday, my husband works out of town, so we just met halfway. There's not a ton around to do, especially in the winter, I only left to get chic-fil-a. Which I do not recommend, it's on campus in the food court. Not easy to get too, ordering was terrible and food sucked, just a heads up 😆 The restaurant was really good, pancakes were amazing and they gave you a ton of bacon. It's nice touch to not have to leave to get food. Reminder no chic-fil-a on campus 😆 The pool area was clean with a ton of chairs and a ton of towels. The only complaint was that it was pretty cold. My son (10) swam for a little bit, but couldn't stay long which kinda sucked cause he was

I travel almost exclusively with Hilton for work, so I’ve come to expect a consistent and reliable experience. Unfortunately, a key staff member at this location did not meet the Hilton standard, which significantly impacted our group’s stay. While our group gathered in the lobby, we were told we could not have food or alcohol in the area and were instructed to leave because our kids were running. I fully understand the need to manage children’s behavior, but the staff member, Faith, delivered the message in a way that felt abrupt and unnecessarily unkind. Rather than explaining the policies or giving us a moment to address the situation, we were essentially dismissed from the space.
