Sure, Quail Meadows West is a quiet neighborhood.. but at what expense? If you like having extremely nosy neighbors that are always up in your personal business, than this is the place for you! If you have kids that like to play outside? Don't move here! If you want to update anything inside or out in your yard? Don't even think about it without getting permission from HOA! This includes things as simple as changing out a light switch or adding flowers to your yard. The HOA is a complete nightmare and will be rude to you and gossip about you and your family if your political views are different than theirs.
