Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort

Hotel is nice. There are no ice machine except in the fridge. You can’t even buy it-that was a problem with a recent foot surgery and was told I could get ice at the tiki bar a floor down and a bit of a walk for a cup of ice. The towel was an exfoliation device. I know it’s off season but the soap dispenser squirts towards your face due to non use. Be careful of the dispensers and bring ice and dish soap!!

Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at - EVER. I have been her countless times(possibly around 12-20 times in my life) and each time is 10000/10. Beautiful newly renovated rooms. Complimentary room upgrades. Full kitchen with plates, cups, silverware, pots etc so you can save money by eating at the hotel… beautiful views. Much better experience than staying on the boardwalk because it’s quiet and no drama. Never had any issues with it being loud(even during peak summer). Rooms are spacious, plenty of room to put clothes. Shower is pretty big, storage in bathroom for beauty / health supplies. Customer service is AMAZING!!!!! I have never even had any slight issues. Aside from the resorts layout I thoroughly enjoy staying at Princess Royale. Over many years I've attended many parties there and I continue to recommend the venue mostly due to the price and business acumen of the management team. Overall they offer a great facility with superior services at phenomenal rates especially in the off season which is why our organization continually chooses them year after year. I look forward to spending time there with my extended family before the summer season.

Not the best experience. The ladies at the reception where so sweet and accommodating, pool is nice and well maintained, the main issue I had was the rooms. When I arrived, I saw a pair of LASHES in a nook at the bathroom where you can easily find if you do a proper room cleaning inspection but impossible to find if all you do is dress the bed and change towels. Also, in the room I was staying at, I was CONSTANTLY woken up to the vents. I remember at 3 AM in the morning I was woken up to such a loud and aggravating sound. I turned off the auto and the air conditioining itself but it STILL WENT ON! On my floor, there was NO cleaning service. Nobody came to dress the beds or anything. Positive: Close to the beach - offered star bucks coffee and a restaurant with gluten free options Negative: Every floor smelled awful. The pool water quality was very dirty and not clear. The elevator service was terrible and we ended up taking the stairs the entire time. A full service menu of the hotel/activities in each room would have been helpful as well
