A room is better than being homeless, however there were bugs in the bed and the neighborhood is not promising for ppl that check in here needing a helping hand go get back on their feet after trying to get sober. Thankful I didn't fall into temptation. I stayed here as a result of being a homeless veteran and they could do better with who they contract their partnerships to. This lady approached me like we knew each other telling me about her sister that had passed from cancer the first day I got there. Awkward. Then as the days went by I swear I was being stalked by one of the other tenants that happened to be situated next to me in the room I was in. This motel is cozy, clean and safe. The family that runs it is extremely easy to work with and friendly. The motel room smelled clean the minute you walked in the door, and it was very comfortably furnished with both a mircrowave, fridge, and AC.

I am a veteran and have stayed here while looking for a permanent place to live. The owners are very nice. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly everyday. The location has convenient access to several bus routes.

The rooms were brand new! Beautiful. It was immaculate. Big TV, comfy bed and FOUR PILLOWS! They have Wi-Fi so I was able to get my work done. I drove up from LA and needed a hotel convenient to the Oakland airport so I could spend the night and pick up my Dad from the airport the next morning before we continue on to Walnut Creek for the weekend for a family reunion. I'm so glad I chose this place! I slept great. Very friendly service, too. Don't spend more money than you have to - stay here instead of pricey hotels closer to the city. This is the best deal in the Bay Area, seriously!!

Everyone that works here is absolutely amazing! Thank you to Divyesh and his family for making my stay an amazing experience. The rooms are quite spacious and aren't too expensive. Plus, the location is close enough to everywhere I needed to go. I came to Oakland to visit a friend, and they would consistently check in to make sure I had what I needed. They truly make you feel like you're part of the family. I've been here a couple of times, and I know that I'm going to continue to keep coming back.
