Prairie Oaks Manufactured Housing

This is a great place to invest and settle down. I’ve lived here over 11 years and I think this is a great community. Most of the neighbors are kind and watch out for one another. I feel safe walking early morning or at night. The landlord Issac is a great guy and is understanding. There is a trail that runs parallel so you can go for a walk or jog. I enjoy living here.

I lived there for a short time. I would probably still be there, but due to health reasons I had to move. While I lived there the owners were always very helpful and polite. Things were taken care of promptly if there was an issue, and they kept it very well maintained along with the people that lived there. If you hear a bad remark from someone about this place while they lived there, they probably didn't fallow the rules and asked for the issues they complain about. I was very happy with the way things went while I was there.

This is an older trailer park. Roads are small, parking is tight, trailers are close together. The place is managed as it is clean/tidy. Residents are mainly a mix of working folks and seniors, those I've met are very friendly. Overall not a bad place to live or visit family. Relatively quite to spite being on a busy road. Like most trailer parks residents seem to watch out for one another and there is a sense of comunity.

The people who run this place are judgemental and rude. They should act more accordingly to the type of place they run. They keep it trashy but think they're classy. (Management) Some the neighbors here are as judgemental and whine about things that dont concern them. Must be bored.

Owners are great people and really work to keep their community clean and peaceful great place.
