Postmarc Hotel and Spa Suites

We stayed during Christmas week. We were early to check in because couldn’t roam around due to winter weather conditions. And they let us do early check as room was ready! Room was cozy, neat and clean. Location was also great. Near to the heavenly village and across the beach.

Room was clean, comfortable, convenient. A great value for the area. It was a quiet location which made it easy to enjoy the spa tub after a day on the slopes.

Positive: Very quiet and centrally located. Many restaurants and casinos within walking distance. The room was clean Negative: The hotel does need some sprucing up it’s hallway carpet is old and dingy, the woodwork also needs refinishing. Their hotel sign is hard to see from the road because of overgrown trees and bushes from the empty building next door.

Loved the property. The check in process was smooth. The room was clean and spacious. The service was good. The in-room jacuzzi was a hit. Plenty of parking available at the property. And the complimentary coffee at the reception area is one of the best in South Lake Tahoe!

Disappointing experience booking the King suite. First day upon entering the room had an awful feeling to it. Lightbulbs missing from the light fixtures, someone’s old red bull bottle under the bed, cords and wires exposed on the side tables, blood on the sheets, mysterious “white stains” all over the couch that hadn’t been touched and hot water that only lasted about 5-10 minutes before running cold. Booked this as our honeymoon stay and already regret it after our multiple night stay for the price. Checked out early our last night because just couldn’t bare it. Not to mention mirrors are all over the room facing the better. Just a bad feeling in this room. Would not come again. Good service with hotel staff but just bad room.
