Ponds Motel - Best Weekly Rate

I had the worst experience here. I stayed there s few days and in which time I had no window, no TV and it was cockroach city. Neighbors yelling at each other all night and banging on the walls. And I have all this on video. Plus owner could care less. Plus he wanted $60 a night for this. He's crazy.

This is a very nice place to go if you are trying to count your pennies and stay ahead of the rat race. It is supremely located in town. There's a gas station just steps away a car wash and even a laundromat, It is accessible to everything especially if you can ride a bike which was what we were doing it keeps everything in arms reach.

I haven't gotten my room yet but the people here are very polite and very respectful. I'll write another review when I get my room but so far so good

If you judge a book by it's cover, and you're nose is stuck straight up. Then this is not the place for you. Cheaper than the other hotels. Owners are nice. Rooms are clean. They have Wi-Fi , cable and HBO. If you like really, really hot showers then go pay more to get hot water that burns you. The water is hot but not super hot. (Husband loved, then again he pretty much takes cold showers.) The fridge and microwave are clean. Could definitely use some serious updating. (Coming from a tile installer background, I always noticed that stuff first.) Would be nice if they had a picture hung on the wall. The walls are bare. But other than that. The bed was comfy. (I guess comfy enough that I pushed husband off the bed.) I will be staying here again.

Too expensive for what this place is. $200 a week. The manager and his wife are SO DAMN RUDE. They bang and bang on the door till somebody finally answers. Even though weve told them to stop because everyone in this room works nights. When we finally go to sleep, we don't wanna be woken up a few hours later for some towels. This morning, the man manager banged on the door and I said no room service. Yes we have towels. Yes bedding. Yes toilet paper. (We go get that on our own. Even the vacuum.) He walked off and right as I was back to sleep, his wife bangs on the door demanding the towels I just got yesterday. So I just gave them to her and got more. Slammed the door in her face lol. Not just that though, they always have an attitude. But mostly they leave us alone so it could be worse. It
