Pointe On The Bay

My family has a timeshare here I would in years in passed it was better. They have works there this time of year. My uncle had to keep calling to help finally they figure themselves to then call back and explain to the customer service rep so that they understand and then they were able help but I thought they might have to bring them back with us. It's padcode instead of a key. There used to be a worker on site and we all these companies are getting cheap. There beautiful rooms the they have has two 3 bedrooms and someone could sleep in the living room, a kitchen and two bedroom it's very nice set up there also a dining room. We just with couple days but didn't stay over.

Had a great week! Views were beautiful. Full kitchen laundry and separated bedroom were fantastic! (It is time for new matress's!!!) Location was perfect. Easy check in, although 5pm is somewhat late. Dog friendly yet very quite and clean. (even the elevator and stairwell smelled good). Beautiful well kept grounds. 👍💕 Thank you for not disappointing me Terri. 😉

I loved this resort! It's right on the bay with wonderful water views and sunsets. It's just a short walk to the ocean where sunrise can be seen. What more is there to say? Well, it is an older building, but the unit I was in was well-kept and clean with full-size washer dryer and fully stocked kitchen. I'd definitely stay there again.

I’m not sure where to start. This is going to be a long one. We purchased our unit prior to the building being built, so we have been here since the beginning. Longer than each and every change of property management. I could complain about things from other years, but I won’t. Going to keep it to the issues this year only. Despite the change in flooring from carpet to imitation hard wood, the cleanliness has not improved. I would go out on a limb and call it worse. The floors are clearly not mopped or washed in between time share owner weeks. We all have to keep our shoes on when walking around in our unit because if we don’t, we end up with black bottoms of our feet. It’s disgusting. The kitchen sink was full of sand when we arrived. Clearly that wasn’t washed prior to our arrival. Th

Well kept condos with a nice kitchen and washer and dryer. Excellent maintenance. He replaced a dishwasher in a very short time. I had a three bedroom unit even though I didn't request it. Good location and close to everything. Especially enjoyed Happy Jack pancakes. Went to Berlin twice and a wine tasting with music. The only negative experience was trying to reach the office either in person or on the phone.
