Point Mountain Lodge

A very different accommodation experience in a fantastic way. The host Yvonne is a treasure. Took us on a town tour in the morning and made it a very personal stay. Rooms are from another age full of things I can remember from my childhood in the last century and all in a good way. Very clean and comfortable and better then five star by a mile. Great location on the edge of town overlooking the Delaware river.one of my most memorable spots.

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway and enjoy experiencing accommodations that provide a nod to a time when things were less complicated, you should certainly visit the Point Mountain Lodge in Hancock. Our stay in the Hancock area was a combination of breath-taking views of the Delaware and escaping to an this enchanting B&B filled with furnishings of times past. Thank you Yvonne for such a refreshing experience!!

Great antiques to look at in this home. Not very functional for use . Beds are maybe a double with head and foot boards. If you are taller than 5 ft 5in You will be cramped. The mattresses should have been replaced years ago. Afraid to sit on furniture due to age. Not really anywhere comfortable to sit. No A/C units. I believe this home is not used very often. Smelled closed up and didn’t appear to have been cleaned very well prior to our arrival. I believe this home had its time but is more of an extension of the woman who owns it. Should just be her display home.
