Playa Inn Motel

This is the most disgusting place I’ve EVER encountered in my life . We were there present in the room probably a total of 3/4 hours of our stay . We ended up having to pack up in the middle of the night and leave . There were roaches crawling all over our room , and the blanket was dirty with cigarette hole burns , the walls are DISGUSTING and the owner was extremely rude . I had to book a different hotel late at night and pay a lot of money . When I confronted the owner in the morning he was asking me to keep quiet about the roaches . I threatened to knock on every door and show them my photos and videos and told him that I’m calling the health department so he offered a refund . There was a woman possibly his wife who also didn’t believe me and went to the room and her only complaint

Positive: Staff and bed as well as TV despite sheets having multiple hairs in them Negative: A cockroach ran across the bathroom floor. The people next-door very loud arguing for long period and no one came to tell them to be quiet.

I think if the name "playa inn motel" changed they would get more business. It's the best motel in Long Beach. It's very clean, no roaches, pictures in profile are exactly like the rooms you get and a very good price. All the other crap motels charge way too much for the nastiest rooms and trash service. The location isn't great but who cares it's a great motel. 😎

I’ve stayed here many nights. It’s clean. Parking lot is empty of all trash. It’s easy parking and not jammed it’s spacious parking. No need to worry about car collisions parking here. And another perk is being able to park steps from your room, you can literally park directly infront of your room. The rooms are always clean. The beds are clean and not soft but medium/hard comfort level. The room hold whatever temperature you desire. If you like heat, there no leaks in the walls that will allow the heat to exit. So that saves money on a/c expenses. You don’t have to keep the a/c vent on to get the place warm or cold. It only takes a few seconds for the whole room to be toasty warm. The bathrooms are so clean, not even any dirt in the corners of the showers. Immaculately clean! Always clean

Their service was quite an awful experience..My room was full of roaches, I woke up to find bed bug bites all over my legs. And the restroom smelled like urine..the hot tub did not work and I received no money back for their lack of service
