Pilgrim Sands on Long Beach

Older hotel, in prime location. Checking in, staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and spacious for the price. We stayed x4 nights. Complimentary bottles of water in the room would have been a nice feature. There was absolutely no place to hang our clothes, except above the toilet, on the towel rack. Both towel racks in the room were very rusted out. It was noticeable that the owner/manager "tried" to update the room and lounge on a budget. Again, it was a convenient location for our trip, but I do not believe we would return.

The hotel was nice. The room was pretty clean. But the tub needs a good bleaching. |I am also not sure WHAT is up with the shower contraption in room 107!! The “shower head” is weak and not normal. It is a water saver piece. The kicker is that the shower head comes out of a bathroom faucet that is 6’ high on the wall. |My friend and I didn’t dare go in to the indoor pool or the hot tub. They didn’t look clean. ||The breakfast was perfect. A little bit of everything to get your morning going! ||I agree that it is pretty pricey for the off season.

Positive: Clean friendly folks and a nice stay Negative: Unfortunately they were cleaning the septic/sewer the morning we were leaving right directly infant of our room. Got called early to move car. Stench was unacceptable

I literally love this hotel ! I am always treated with respect here ! The staff is literally always right there when you need something, very clean atmosphere and location they take pride in their hotel and it shows I'm unsure why it's listed as a lower rating hotel cuz to me it's my sanctuary of peace and comfort with all the amenities you really need or want included well taken care of indoor pool and Jacuzzi which I literally enjoy every morning before heading out for the day and they provide multiple healthy options for breakfast and maid service which the maid staff is always so pleasant and right there when you need itthey are currently making upgrades to one half of their hotel which is going to be very promising for them this place literally touches every lil need for all kinds of

We booked this stay to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was perfect. The ocean view was spectacular, the location excellent, and the room was large, spacious, and modern. The staff were also very friendly.
