Picture Bay Motel

Picture Bay Motel was perfect. I stayed in the suite, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It was quiet, comfortable, spacious, spotless, and had all the amenities I needed. The large windows into the leafy greenery at the back added a lovely rustic touch when sitting at the dining table. The charming porch area beneath the tall trees gave the entrance a relaxing, timeless feel, adding to the coziness. Doug was a great host, always available and quick to respond to any questions. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the newly remodeled Picture Bay motel. We came up for fire on the bay and stayed 2 nights. The room was spotless! The bed was extremely comfortable. Fresh linens and towels. The room has everything you could need for a nice relaxing vacation and the location is perfect. Doug was our host. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this quaint little motel in Big Bay Michigan.

The room very clean and comfortable, updated, and very quiet. Great wifi service. Places to park your truck & trailer. Excellent value, the new owners went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable and to see if everything was OK and checking or to see if we needed anything else. Definitely will staying here again!

Absolutely what we needed. We did not want to go back to work so we spent a night here. What a gem can not believe we found such a beautiful place last minute.

We stayed here last week while visiting family. The rooms were newly remodeled and clean, with new beds and pillows. Great location! We would stay here again, rates were very reasonable
