Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Marquette

Stayed here for work and had a great experience. Everyone at the front desk was extremely friendly. Rooms were nice and mine even had a great sunrise view over the lake. Will definitely be my go to Wednesday staying in Marquette for work.

The consistency of excellent customer service across several brands under Bonvoy, continues. I booked my reservation at the last minute. I arrived at the hotel, was welcomed with extreme courtesy and, as always, was given a room that met all of my preferences in my guest profile. To go into your room, and notice that the TV is on, with a personalized welcome, is such a validation of care and genuine appreciation for my business|This hotel sits on Lake Superior, and the view from my room was beautiful and soothing. We came in last minute looking for a room because the hotel we originally booked was not very clean. This hotel was so nice. It was very clean and the staff were super friendly. They even ended up lowering the price for our room because they thought the rates were a little high. Definitely a place I would go to again if I’m in the area.

Have stayed here many times with no issue. Clean rooms and good selection for breakfast. If the bar had opened, maybe a bonus.

It didn't start the best, as construction of the TownePlace blocked my entrance into the parking lot and caused a power outage that had me carrying luggage up to the top floor. But it rebounded quickly with a clean room and a good bed. Breakfast was solid as well and the location is terrific with a beach just yards away. Good hotel in a great city.
