Best Western Plus Marquette Hotel & Suites

Excellent stay in every way. Everything was beyond our expectations. The hotel was very well maintained and modern. The rooms were spacious and the decor was very nice. Loved the mural on the wall. Thank you to the housekeeping staff which was on point. The staff was all very friendly, polite and professional and went out of their way. (Special Thank You to Nova and Josh.)The bed and linens were wonderful. The breakfast in the morning was very good and the extra items were a nice touch that you don't find at the other hotels. The breakfast staff was wonderful. The only complaint was the laundry room was in need of cleaning. This hotel is exceptional to the point I extended my stay here for an additional few more days and I will definitely be back here again. Thank you for a wonderful expe

We first stayed two nights and enjoyed the hotel for those nights. Our suite had a bathtub which is always a plus when you have kids. The kids enjoyed the breakfast. The bathroom doors are strange - I've never seen a sliding barn style door that doesn't lock on a hotel bathroom. The hotel is also dog friendly, but there is little to no grassy area for them to use that doesn't leave them balancing on top of a giant grassy hill. We ended up needing to check back in for a third night due to a family member being admitted to the hospital, and we felt the price was high for that room. It was not a suite (so no sleeper sofa, and it also didn't have a bathtub...) and was still more expensive that the other nights. The staff was excellent, very informative, pleasant and quick. The rooms were very clean with a super comfortable bed and pillows. The Tigers playoffs were on that night so we spent a lot of time in the room so I was happy it was so nice. We used the pool and did breakfast in the morning. Breakfast had many options and hit the spot. Would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed at this Best Western 3 times in the last 4 months totaling 5 days. I frequently stay overnight in Marquette for business and have stayed at just about every hotel in the area and this Best Western is my new go-to lodging in Marquette. The rooms are spotless, the front desk staff is professional, polite and responsive. The breakfast is the only hotel breakfast I’ve ever look forward to eating, it’s the best in town. It’s a really nice hotel. The only room they had available was the handicap accessible room but the extra large bathroom was definitely perk. Breakfast was good, lots of options. The huge window in the dining area allowed us to catch the sunrise, it was stunning. All of the front desk agents were welcoming, but the girl who checked us in on night shift was excellent.
