Piccadilly Inn Airport

This is one of the best hotel experiences I've had and I stay at a lot of hotels and motels. The price was very cheap for how nice the place is, they were very friendly and checked me in extremely fast so already off to a great start. Checkout was 12 instead of 11 which I highly value. I accidentally slept in late (I've never not been woken up at or slightly before checkout) and they didn't wake me up at all. I rushed to get all my stuff out the front door in a panic so I wouldn't get charged and they were cleaning the rooms around me and nicely asked if I was staying or leaving and told me not to worry. This place is very nice, very accommodating, and very affordable. This is definitely my go to place everytime I'm in the area! good luck finding a nicer place for cheaper than this HIGHLY

Positive: I've stayed here for 20 years and I've always liked the people. Negative: The room was just about the dirtiest room I've been in over the past 25 years. They haven't vacuumed this room in months! I was planning to bring my grand daughter but the room was difficult to be in due to the dust and dander kicked up at every step.

100% honest reviews. This places sucks. I used to come here for work and it was welcoming but now since the new GM took over its lame. If you make a reservation with s third party, Expedia or Price Line, no free breakfast for you. You have to pay for it. If you want to check in an hour early, its a $50 change. The GM is really rude and has no customer service skills but charging people she is good at. The pool has been down for over 3 years since she took over the property. There are nasty stains on the carpet and the water pressure sucks. It takes forever to get hot water. The only good thing here is she as a good staff member at the front dest that made my stay bearable. I cant say her name because I don't want to get her in trouble but thank you for at least trying to make it better. Y

WARINING this Place is HAUNTED. Me and my wife checked in at this hotel and when we enter the room there was a dirty towel on one of the night stands and a hole in the wall. This was room 216, We did not mind we were tired just wanted to rest. At around 1:45am all lights were off in our room then we start hearing steps going across inside our room we felt someone stomping across room going back and fourth and touch our sheets the bed was vibrating, Then the stomping sound went towards bathroom and slammed door. That's when we turned light on and got up checked out at around 2:30AM. We requested a refund, Hotel management refused our complaint. Bad experience, Bad Service.
