PepperTree RV Resort

This resort is very nice. The pool was clean and there was a cute little playground. The grandkids enjoyed the fishing (catch and release), but mostly the turtles swimming over to them. The road is very narrow and one of the residents had to move his vehicle so we could back into our spot. Our slot was beautiful. We had a concrete pad to park on. There was a nice patio area with table and chairs and also a picnic table. I think the spot we had must be owned by a part-timer because there was a really nice gas grill there with a note for us to enjoy the use of it while there and also a storage shed. The park, however, is mostly park models and looks like more permanent older residents. Several of the park models had vacation renters there, and those people were the friendliest. On

My fiancé and I stayed here for a few days and really liked it. Most the people are friendly and it’s quiet. Most people keep to themselves. Nice pool, pond to fish in (catch & release). A bonus is you’re right across the street from the beach!! Office staff is friendly and helpful from start to finish. Reading the prior review is extremely shocking to me! It’s nice to go somewhere and have people who want to help out. Some things are beyond a person’s control! Highly recommend!

I've stayed at this resort quite a few times and have never felt quite at home. The property is nice. However, the laundry facilities are subpar and it feels like eons to do a simple load of laundry. The worst part is the year round residents that make you feel unwelcome. They are so quick to be polite to your face but then complain about you every chance they get. Any noise after 8pm is not allowed and be very careful how you park your car or they will have the heavens unleashed on you. Could have been a nice place to stay if the "welcoming" committee were ever taught how to play nice in the sandbox.

My wife and I traveled to St. Augustine, FL to visit family with our two small dogs in June 2016. To avoid crowding family, we elected to create a unique experience by staying the week in a Park Model moderate-sized modular rented home at the Peppertree RV Resort. The fully-equipped unit was clean, very comfortable, and had a "home-away-from-home" feel. The overall grounds are very well maintained, orderly, and staffed by courteous helpful employees. Even though the Resort is within walking distance to public accessible beach areas, the beautiful swimming pool on premise was a real plus.
