Pelham Garden Motel

Arrived at my destination later than expected. Had to get a place to get some rest before hitting the long road home. Came across the Pelham Garden thanks to the recommendation from a friend. Clean rooms, sMoking rooms offered, location easily accessible. Overall 4+stars.

Went there for a quick short stay for 2hrs and management /clerk was very rude and had an attitude when i asked for a receipt he didn't want to give any very rude and was over charged and they charged me $75.00 on my card and room heater wasn't working blew cold air after a hot shower a great way to get sick I would not recommend this dump to anyone!!

It was a last minute decision to go. They had plenty of rooms available which was good. The 5 dollars for the remote was much but I understand people tend to damage them or take it home. I wish the workers there were a bit nicer. It's right by the highway so easy to get to and out from my area in Westchester. The AC in my room was very noisy and couldn't adjust it to my liking. Every 20 minutes it would make a large grinding noise which would wake us up. We over slept but they were kind enough to wait for us to get ready and go even though we're past the checkout time. Would have wanted to have more soap in the rooms. The beds felt like they were wrapped in some type of plastic or covering which wasn't bad but just different to my own. Other than that I have nothing bad to stay. It was ok.

Theirs a guy at the front desk is extremely rude, I had a few questions while I’m speaking he is cutting me off, his tone is as I’m bothering him. In the middle of talking he hangs up on me. Customer service is terrible rooms a disgusting, go at your own risk.

Not a bad motel , but could use deep cleaning in rooms . The Indian guys In the front will tell you one price then you get there and have a whole different price . Paying $200 for a room for the night you will expect a clean room . The rooms that are $200 are the same as the regular 150 which they will tell you 150 then 180 …
