Pearl on the Concho

We always come for indoor pool which is awesome for our kids to play. The front desk workers were awesome. One even took us to the room because the place can be a little hard to navigate. The rooms are on the older side. The pillow had a stain and the ac unit which drips into the shower had a leak causing some black mold. I love the concept of the restaurant and bar, but there just isn't enough staff. The waitress was also the bartender. The drink was good, but we had to wait forever for her. To cash out my tab, I stood and waited probably 25 minutes. The price is the highlight though. It's cheap and my kids have a great time.

Glad to hear they are rennovating because the place was adequate but not up to par with their competitors. If they replace all carpeting with tile, renovate bathrooms and replace mattresses and some furnishings it will be nice. The pool and pool area was spotless. Staff was very helpful and friendly. ||Suggestions :Replace coffee maker with Keureig, add a microwave/refrigerator combo or have great quality self-serve coffee/tea bar in lobby. Offer a mini-market area near front desk where guests can purchase beverages, milk, Jimmy Dean breakfast options, yogurt, snacks, nuts and ice cream bars. ||Very convenient location.

I booked 2 rooms which were very spacious. The beds were very comfortable & the bathrooms are huge. The TV in one room did not work & that room was also not fully equipped. It did not come with an iron or ironing board or blow dryer which are vital in our everyday life... The breakfast was good but could have been better. The pools & arcade seem to be very fun, although i didnt play. The staff is friendly, HOWEVER, the reason I give this place a 3 star rating is because while I was in one of my rooms, I was about to shower & someone knocked on the door. Before I could get to the door someone used a key to open it! I startled whoever it was just as much as they startled me! So I went to the front desk & asked who it was & why did they come in? They never identified themselves as house keepi

Had a wonderful time we checked in on a Friday. Customer service was excellent. The only problem I had was on Friday night I ordered some fries from the bar. I went back after 30 minutes and they still weren't ready. I ended up not going back to get fries because they were SO BUSY . Other than that we had a good time. The employee were so helpful. The lady at the front desk Selma was awesome. Her personality is very warm and welcoming. The guy in the back is ok too from what I see I guess he just does all the paperwork... We'll definitely be back.
