Peach Orchard RV Park & Campground

Cheap. No facilities. Well lit. Wide pull through spaces. Excellent WiFi quick response for reservations.

2025-09: This RV park has proven to be pretty decent. My friend likes it and never had any issues. The trash is picked up daily and there are plenty of dog waste stations all around. 2025-01: I recently visited a friend staying here and it was okay. It was almost full due to work crews for Hurricane Helene clean up being in town. The other people staying at the park were great, quiet at night and no issues. However, the road noise from Peach Orchard was very apparent, and the train tracks along the back of the park property will surely give you the surprise of a lifetime when a train goes by since it's so loud. It was convenient having a Family Dollar next door to easily and quickly walk to for some basic or last minute things you might want or need.

This park was sandy and noisy. The place was crawling with ants. I couldn't leave the camper without being swarmed by flies and mosquitoes.

Stayed two nights. The owner promptly greeted us with "you have an extra person so you owe me an additional 4.00" Gee, give me a chance! We did have an unexpected person and would not have minded paying-could have been nicer about it. Then promptly at 11.00 was told to check out or pay for an additional day. As I was doing triathalon I was 1 hour late. No southern hospitatily here. Basically a flat, bare place to park, which would have been fine if the owner would have been civil.

One-Star Review: I would not recommend this campground to anyone, especially military families. My husband, an active-duty soldier, was stationed at Fort Eisenhower for training, and we had arranged months in advance to stay here from January to April. Despite this, we were assigned one of the worst sites—an all-sand lot that turned into a mess when it rained, making it nearly impossible to keep our camper clean as we constantly tracked in mud and sand. Meanwhile, better, more level sites were available but were reserved for short-term guests. When we requested to be relocated, they refused, telling us we could leave if we were unhappy, despite knowing we had no other viable options due to hurricane reconstruction and the Masters Tournament limiting availability in the area.
