Park Place Hotel

Stayed New Years Eve to see the fireworks. Ocean front room and the best view! Impressed that someone actually called me to confirm our reservation and to ask if we had any questions ( I did inquire about parking). Basic hotel room, clean and comfortable. The staff is exceptional.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my daughter for a cheer competition. This place was great! Very convenient location, only 8 mins from the convention center. The rooms and hotel were pristine clean ... and service was great. The housekeeper Flora was so so pleasant and even made little animals out of towels to decorate, which my daughter absolutely loved. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to OC.

I purchased 9 rooms for our wrestling team and everything was better than I expected. The hotel team made space for our school bus for easy pick up and drop off. They provided us with rooms all on one floor so we could easily get to our kiddos. They provided us with the hospitality room and we were able to set up meals for our kids. The bent over backwards to ensure we had a safe, comfortable and perfect stay. No stone was left unturned. I'm extremely thankful to the management staff, the maintenance man, and everyone who took part and making this a memorable visit. I highly recommend this hotel for War on the Shore, any event with a large croud, a couples get away and or a family/friends trip. The view to the ocean is amazing and the facility has laundry, good parking, vending machines

Positive: Parking, fast access to boardwalk, bikes, best coffee at coffee station in lobby, ocean view, helpful staff at desk and housekeeper for 7th floor. Negative: Liked everything. We understood the we were there in off season, so restaurant on site. We discovered Dennys restaurant was open 24/7 and on Christmas day. I wish hotel staff were aware of that. Other places were limited in reservation times.

I come here a few times a year, excellent prices for what you get. Rooms are clean and comfortable, beds are well cared for /updated. Comfortable sheets and towels. Fridge /microwave always in good shape. Desk staff always friendly and helpful. Great to be right on the boards.
