Park Overlook Hotel Llc

Hate it mice and roaches very dirty garbage on the floor I'm on has garbage overflowing. showers are always piping hot or cold no in-between with no options to change the water warm food is horrible the case workers are always allowing people move out dates to get pushed back unless it's a shitty unit they pick for you somewhere undesirable in the bronx all in all I guess beggars can't be choose but i wouldn't recommend this place.

Great shelter, the people here are very kind and helpful, ofcourse this is a Safe Haven Shelter, you can only get in through Breaking Ground. If you've been on the street more than 3 months or homeless you would qualify. The immediate way is to go to 28th Street and 9th Avenue across the street from Holy Apostle Church Wednesday Mornings from 11am to about 1pm and where you see The New York City Relief Bus and tables set up in the park, speak to one of the staff and explain your individual situation of being homeless and needing a Safe Haven Shelter and they can and will help direct you on a better path to hopefully soon getting your own apartment and off the streets. My best friend was living there because she had no where to go and she was killed at the park overlook hotel I wouldn't set foot in the place I honestly think the park overlook hotel should be shut down

Pleasant staff, very professional, clean comfortable. I been in worst places. Accessible to our doctors and all other needs.
