Park Motel

Beware. Called the Park Motel at the phone # provided on maps and the call didn’t go through. Obtained a different phone # per google search and no one answered. Stopped at the motel and no one was at the front desk. Rang the bell and no response. Located hand written notes taped to the exterior window of the lobby area with instructions to call a different location for accommodations.

Gross the owner came in every day and turned down or off the air conditioning. It was 95° in my room and it didn’t cool down at all. It would be OK if he cleaned and took out the garbage change the bedding and towels, but he didn’t all I can say is gross. I would not ever stay here again.

The customer service was Terrible and they tried to charge me twice. I told him i had booked online and he said he didn’t do that and I needed to pay in person. I said no I had already paid. He insisted. I said if you don’t want your business online don’t make it available online. He continued to insist the price was the same and I should pay in person. The only thing that rattled that old cranky man’s dome was the voice of my male partner reiterating my exact words. (I am a female). Finally he made me write my name and email and phone # on a piece of paper and walked us to our room. Which was not the one I booked online but regardless it was the same price. Room 18 at first we came in at night and the room felt very sketchy. There was a urine smell and we arrived at 12 in the night. Then after a hour or two, we were just eating and about to go to sleep then all of a sudden there was banging outside of our AC next to the bathroom sink. We just brushed it off thinking that the AC was cooling up but then we heard it again banging and scratching. So we called the owner and he checked behind there and there was nothing. So we just brushed it off and then like 10 to 15 minutes later we heard it again it again but more force twice and now we were convinced that, that was a ghost or something. We think it was a spirit because there is a cemetery close to the hotel and you can walk to it. So we just packed up and started to leave and we gave the owne
