Park Inn by Radisson, Lakewood

We stayed for 3 nights and saw 3* of their hotel rooms. The first room, our kitchen sink drain was not connected. It was literally dumping water onto the floor. There was no deadbolt on the door, it was broken. The other safety lock that swings, it was not actually attached to the door. I could pull it out of the wall with my fingers, and it had been "repaired" with some putty. So no functional safety/emergency locks on the door. The bedsheets were stained. The curtains were usable but clearly broken as well. The overhead light in the shower did not work. It was "erm icky", I don't understand what part of these rooms they clean, because that room, was just generally not. *We were given keys to a new room. We picked up all of our stuff, got there, it wasn't cleaned. So I go back downstair

The office staff is awesome! Extremely helpful and friendly. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay. The room was clean, but the heater was stuck on. The second room was not in the best shape. It was cleanish, but not the best. At the top of the stairs there was a dry pile of poop "diarrhea' that was there for 3 days. Over all my experience here was a good one and I would definitely stay again

In all my time of being on Tripadvisor and rating hotels, restaurants and attractions, I have always been honest and given my true perspective of something, good or bad but NEVER have I had to give anywhere a score below 3 and certainly never a 1. ||||Words cannot express how unsafe and terrified we felt when we checked in here that I felt compelled to warn others about it. ||||We just wanted a place to stay near the airport before a long flight back to the UK the following day but this is a horrible, horrible place. Grotty looking on the outside, when we pulled in we were watched by 4 different people hanging around the car park / overlooking the upstairs balcony. They continued to watch as we unloaded the car and followed which room we went into. At least two were smoking weed and w

Easy on and off from the expressway. That's their best feature. The rooms themselves, not so great. Very plain, simple, and not well maintained. Mattresses not so comfortable. Walls are thin, and noise from outside and rooms above and beside is prominent. The bathroom was poorly supplied, and the faucets in the sink and shower barely worked. It was a quick stop to sleep the night, and it was cheap. Not recommended for anything but a quick sleep and check out.

I've stayed at many Hotels throughout the last 6 years . I've stayed at the Crowne plaza and I've stated American inn and a lot in between and I have to say by far the employees here are the most amazing people I've met at a hotel.. They don't judge. They treat everybody like a human being and that doesn't happen very often anymore in this world especially in Denver. Corri The general manager is absolutely phenomenal in my opinion I think she needs a raise.. This hotel has had lots of bad reviews in the past. I've stayed here many times and to be completely honest I'd rather stay here than anywhere else I've stayed I think just because of the way I'm treated.. Anywhere you Go in this lovely city of Denver and surrounding areas there's riff Raff, homelessness and crime. I don't care where
