Paramount Lakeside Inn & Suites

We have been here since March of this year (2025), I can't say enough good things about this place. Yes, the location is not the greatest but the fact that they have 24/7 Security on property outweighs the bad of the location. In regards to the reviews about the rooms not being clean that is absolutely not true. Housekeeping is out all day cleaning rooms. If there are issues with bugs, let the front desk know and they will take care of it. As far as the strict rules, they are pretty straight forward. Rules and policies are there for the safety of you but also the people who do live here full time and also the safety of the staff. Deposits are pretty straight forward as well. They explain all of that to you at check in. Anything after that is on you as a guest if you can't follow simple

I have been here since December of 2023 and I’ve only had two issues which both were my fault.they are very clear on the rules and in my experience if you treat the staff with respect then they will treat you with respect.the room is nice and the rates are the best in town.i have shopped around a few times to find a cheaper place but I can’t find it.they have 24/7 security.the place helped me from sleeping in my car when I didn’t have much money.the staff is fantastic and very friendly.ive never had any issues with them.

I have stayed at many hotels/motels and my husband and I both agree although outdated this is the most comfortable place, the staff doesn't allow any drama or unregistered guests which I really like. And the rooms are clean and huge. Location is good and close to everything. I really like this place.

I'm basing my review on what I expect out of a hotel like this; the door locks, the room is sanitized/pest free, there's a microwave/fridge and it's cheap. That's exactly what this place offers, nothing more nothing less. I regularly stay at this location one or two times a year while working outages at chemical plants in Polk county. For it's intended purpose it's perfectly adequate and I will continue to stay here as necessary. Definitely recommended for anyone working in the area with a need for weekly or monthly rental.

Security moves with that same quietness, ever-present, steady, spectacular in how it holds the space without intruding. If anything falters—rare as it is— the response is swift, almost unseen, as if the place refuses to let worry settle in. On the grounds, the man who tends the lawn works with a patience that feels like devotion. Grass kept neat, every corner touche
