We had a great stay here. The parking lot is the worst part; it’s very small, costs extra to stay, and the overflow parking is a bit of a walk. It’s annoying but the pros of staying so close to the music festival outweighed the cons. We had a room with two double beds, everything we clean, we didn’t have any issues with anything broken or dirty. Floors were tiled which is very nice to help clean sand or dry wet clothes out overnight. Bathroom was completely clean, we had a small sink/fridge/microwave area that worked well. Plenty of space in the room for luggage, towels, shopping. We didn’t have any issues with noise, nor did we think the hotel itself was loud. The staff at check in was very helpful, and upon checkout someone even offered to help with our bags and getting everything to t
Stayed for the Bronco Beach Bash 3 nights 4 days, and we brought our fur baby on his first trip to a hotel. Location, location, location, the most absolute stunning views of the ocean and the sunrises what's not to love. And let's not forget to shout out the staff was super friendly and helpful. We will be back again next year 🏖️🐳#406
Positive: Our room wasn’t terrible, however the balcony door was broken and very difficult to open and close. The water wouldn’t get more than lukewarm for my shower in the morning, and I was the first to wake up and use it. Negative: Our biggest issue was that the WiFi was down, so no tv. I called the front desk and was told that it had been down for several days. I asked for a partial refund (I paid $--- to stay for the night and $53 for an early check in) and they refused.
Lexi at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We were upgraded to a different room time type that was really spacious with two balconies. My husband and I brought both of my dogs and they enjoyed their time as well. The bar has been remodeled and is Dog friendly too! We came late (after kitchen closed) for some drinks and felt very welcomed. The owner was very nice and mentioned that everything in the kitchen is made from scratch. The cocktails and live music were great. Definitely looking forward to our next visit and checking out the food. An overall great stay and very welcoming hotel.
The room is large, the balcony is large, and has 2 chaise lounges. The room is also outdated and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. We have a jetted tub but I won't be using it because it doesn't look clean. THERE IS NO TV. No, I didn't come to the beach to watch TV but I like to watch a show before I go to bed. I called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do because the wifi doesn't support the TV. You're really getting the bare minimum here. Aside from that, the location is amazing! The views are amazing! Directly on the boardwalk and beach.
