Paradice Motel - South Lake Tahoe

Took the lady 3 times to get my reservation correct, the first mistake she checked me in under another person name, she checked me in with a female name and I'm a male. Second mistake were the amount of nights the final was the final cost, once she got that all corrected I finally was given a room. The heater in the room didn't work, they finally got that working, then the TV didn't work while she was trying to get that working I made a comment are the rest of nights going to be like this, nothing works in this place, she made a comment that I'm in the process of moving I said so what, that has nothing to do with nothing working in this place. Great location but questionable cleanliness (stained sheets, dirty shower curtain, broken bathroom flooring, smell, etc.) In short, the cleanliness didn't suit us. Be careful! I received inappropriate and disrespectful comments from the hotel because they didn't like my review.

We were really disappointed because we where fooled by fake reviews on tripadvisor and booking.com. While comparatively budget friendly the place is not well maintained. The rooms are smelly, the walls are dirty, blinds can't be opened, bathrooms are moldy. If you're in desperate need for a cheap place at the lake go for it ... but it's as far from paradise as legally possible.

Hello, quick question. I was trying to reach out But the number I am dialing does not work. I just have a question. If I am able to bring my service animal.
