Great location, decent rooms, key pads so you don't have to worry about keys or standard hotel key cards. Staff is friendly, manager is helpful, extended stays like this do not exist anymore so I appreciate the ease it was to get a same day appointment and start immediately. I personally have no pest issues as I have seen in another review, but if you choose to live in filth and not clean your unit, then who's really to blame. Rooms come furnished, cable and wifi included. What more can you ask for from a no credit check establishment that operates as a hotel but gives you an apartment feel. Highly recommend.

Family friendly...if you like a family of cock roaches, which include the insect and human type.Management is never available, treats tenants like children, recently added securuty with a curfew and took away the patio furniture in the courtyard. DO NOT STAY!!

Love the location, the rooms are large you can't beat the price for the location.

Great location! In the heart of downtown St Petersburg. Prices are very reasonable. $1200 monthly or $400 per week. Its not a 5 star hotel but it works very well, depends on what you make of it. My brother has a room there & it is very peaceful. He has room for 2 computers & 3 monitors, a couch, his bed & a small kitchen type area.

It's 1200 dollars a month. Use your imagination. It's a roof over your head.
