Palm Bay Hotel

So far I've only been here 2 days room was clean came furnished which was great for me because I had lost everything in the past hurricane we had 😞 and it's been tough trying to start over again. so far all employees have been very nice! Always asking if I need anything not to mention the price is great it gives me extra funds to start replacing all the things I've lost.

Have tried to get a room but for some apparent reason the rental manager seems to be the only one that can give a room to someone and always has wednesdays off

The owners take pride in safety and security here. This is a budget place but there probably isn't a place this cheap and yet it runs so well. For $300 a week this is the spot.

My fiancé and I have stayed here for several months. We have had no issues and have no complaints. We were lucky enough to get an opening here when bad things happened at our last place with family. Truly grateful for all of the staff there. Everyone is very quiet and keeps themselves, which is great.

Called today. Very rude guy on the phone with me. Looking for a long stay place for my daughter, and boyfriend who just got down here a few months ago from Ohio. Bad abusive situation. We have a lease, and can't chance it anymore with them here. So was looking for a little bit of information. Instead got rude, nasty person. Need better customer service skills. Reputation is everything.
