OYO Hotel Bossier City I-20 West

It was trash I didn't even stay you sit at the bottom of the bed the top of the bed raised in the air the carpet was soil it was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel in my life it needs to be shut down and remodeled it should be against the law to open it's door for people to stay there, it was trash !!!

Great price for a pretty good room. The housekeeping takes good care of things. Our family felt safe. Had a fridge and microwave. It's not the fanciest place and my wife was worried about the quality of the Continental breakfast, but overall a good deal. We would stay here again. Oh! And our kids loved the pool!

Wanted to do my annual trip to the casino Christmas day and stay in Bossier the night, as I usually do. It was horrible to say the least. I have 32 pictures that I took, but they are on my old phone at home. I am not sure what to do about it.||||I was late getting in from the Casino and the roads were getting iced over so I had to stay, otherwise I would have left. When I got there I was mortified. I didn't even know that they had hotels this gross that are still in business.||The creepy foreign guy that was running it barely spoke English, I went down to get a blanket because it was cold in there and no heat. Yep. No heat. The guy brought a blanket up there, after I had to get dressed go down there (he was never in the office, always outside) and ask for the blanket. Meanwhile, my dinner

hen I walked in the lobby there was the smell of smoke emitting from the slot machine room. door should be closed to prevent kids coming in. Night rep was very flustered and edgy. I would usually amount this to being busy or being over worked but the night rep just seemed pissed. Fortunate for me i got to hear all about how the evening rep clocked out as soon as the night rep got to work. The evening rep's shift was over, I would clock out too. I received a second floor room despite my request for the first floor. The area around the hotel room had no lights. Completely dark. When I got to the room, I immediately turned on all of the lights. To my surprise there were spiders on the walls. Plus the material in the bathtub was chipped away. This is a great little place for the price. I was really surprised at how happy I was...then came check out time and the cleaning lady knocked on my door. She was the rudest person I've ever encountered being at a motel/hotel, hands down. Very unprofessional, stank attitude and clearly bothered that I was still on the premises. Never mind the fact that I had no towels from the time I checked in(which I can only assume was at the fault of housekeeping having not stocked them before clocking out the previous day). I'm can only assume that the business owners have no idea of her unprofessional and ugly demeanor being such pleasant and welcoming people and surely their business has suffered as a result of the housekeeper. She has definitely made this my last visit.
