I will start with the pictures look nothing like the room. With that said they were updatedish. We had room 109, 2 outlets didn't work, the main door had gaps and the lock was hard to lock. The location is decent and is close to main downtown long beach/ the beach itself. Pros: Location Cons: Has some work to do/ nothing like the photos. It's nicer on the inside then the outside. No hot tub or gym. No room service or ice machine. (Wasn't a issue for us but I'm sure it will be for some people.) It was okay but I won't be staying here again.

Was a decent place to stay at the beach. It was close to everything in Long Beach which was nice. I didn't know they charged extra fees for dogs until I got to my unit unfortunately. The unit inside was nice and spacious, good value for the price.

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway with everything we needed! I would recommend this place and will stay again! It had all the ameneties you could want while away from home. The only draw back is there is no hotel staff onsite if you have any issues or needs but it wasn't a problem for us.

Don’t stay in 109. The washing machine (in next room) is seriously unbalanced and up against the same wall as the bed (not the smartest choice). Imagine the whole wall vibrating for hours. And the slamming doors. Hear laundry being done for hours late into the night. And stomping. Not going to get any sleep. I should have brought earplugs for all the noise. Mostly the rooms are rented privately (long term), so it has an odd feel to the place. The city streets are quieter at night than my room. Then go into the bathroom and see the dirt everywhere in the corners and a sign that says clean up after yourself on the front door. It’s a super special feeling on my birthday weekend. Not at all what I expected. The bathroom has transparent windows and see through curtains in them. The curtains

Let's start with the positive. Great location! Walking distance into town. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. Now, not so good: All the other reviews are accurate, the beds are hard and loud when you move at all. The floors were dirty and you couldn't have paid me to use the mini coffee maker! It was so dirty!bathroom needs some deep cleaning as well. We were on the bottom floor and could hear everything from the people upstairs and to the left of us.parking was awful too. All spot were taken so we had to get creative! Over all price was OK, but to much for what we got.
