ONE Inn and Suites

Beautiful outside patio. Porch with rockers. Super close to water, but far enough away from main pathways. Home Beautiful and walking distance to restaurants and Pier.

Our room was dirty and not cleaned well at all. In fact it was kinda gross. The cleaning service does not do well at all. Moldy shower curtain, dirty floors, jacuzzi tub didn't work, no extra toilet paper or tissues, not even one of those little bars of soap to wash our hands. I realize this is a boutique type place not a full fledge hotel but we thought at least those things were available. We were disappointed for sure. I will say the bed was very comfy and it was a perfect location for the Blues Fest we were attending so that was a positive thing. I have attached some pictures to show some of the issues.

Without question, Mandy and Casey Sanders go the extra mile to assure that guests are fully satisfied with the accommodations that meet and exceed expectations. Our 30+day winter stay sheltered us from the cold of Michigan and blessed us with the warm breezes at the Bay, Spa Beach, and Marina frontage of St. Petersburg. For the second consecutive year, the Boyce Suite fit us like a glove in every way including the cushiest comfort of a King size bed that we wish we could take home with us! Such a cute place for a getaway! The owners are super kind and friendly, they communicated very quickly, and made the check in process very easy. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The room was clean and cozy. I really enjoyed this place and I would definitely stay again. Thank you for having me.

Stayed in the Northshore room. Bed was comfy, the whole house was charming, and the self checkin was easy. We enjoyed coffee on the side porch each morning. Quiet location just a couple blocks from the Looper bus and all the activities downtown. We’ll be back.
