Omni Louisville Hotel

Absolutely, absolutely loved our stay. We visited for our anniversary and they made it a memorable experience! Erica was absolutely amazing and her vibes were very welcoming and kind . We felt so relaxed and comfortable. We (cough cough upgraded) stayed in the corner suite-it had amazing views especially during sunrise/sunset. They accommodated us for our special occasion with a very special gift as well .Room service was prompt and the food was delicious and fresh. Downstairs there are other places to eat as well (hot dog joint, taco spot and a grocery store) Security dudes with the ear pieces and suits, were a little intimidating at first but very helpful. I mean the room was absolutely perfect 🥹❤️ Plenty of room for guests and was also surprisingly quiet.

From start to finish, our stay at the Omni Louisville was nothing short of exceptional. I have traveled extensively throughout my life, and I can honestly say I have never experienced this level of personalized, VIP treatment anywhere.||||Ten days prior to our arrival, Christian, a Loyalty Ambassador, reached out with a warm and thoughtful welcome email that immediately set the tone. He provided incredibly helpful local information, hotel tips, and direct links to the spa and restaurants, and thoughtfully reminded me of my membership perks—free Deluxe Wi-Fi, arrival bottled water, and a welcome drink voucher usable at Neighborhood Services, Library Bar, Pin & Proof, or Heine Brothers Coffee. Positive: The room was fine, and the location was exactly where we needed to stay. Negative: We had a few stains on the ottoman and carpet in our room. Also no handrails for a shower/ bathtub. It was a deep tub. The toilet seat was a bit low. We are an older couple still very fit but a little help would have been appreciated.

Just a perfect stay overall. Hotel is beautifully done with perfectly clean rooms and modern touches. Located perfectly in downtown, easy walk to anything of interest. The staff is amazing. Jaci checked us in and followed up on us throughout our stay, whether is was passing us in the lobby, by text, or leave a special Valentine’s Day treat for us to enjoy. Thoughtful and courteous and she had the most welcoming personality! Great job Omni!

Had an amazing stay and experience. The rooftop pool was heated, and the hot tub was clean and relaxing. The restaurants were all top-notch (definitely get the chicken nachos at the bar restaurant). The spa experience exceeded my expectations — Monei was the masseuse and was incredible. A 10+ experience all around.
