Great location, affordable prices, clean. Always a great stay! Owners are sweet and it's close to a lot without being right in the middle of the busy places. Nice pool, there are several different kinds of rooms. Walking distance to the water. Fire pits and very family oriented.

I don't even want to give a star but in order to rate it I have to. Cabin 1 door will not shut pushes right open, all other doors inside won't shut right, cobwebs and spiders everywhere a hair under the pillow from the previous person. Asked for some money off or at least our money back for the next night so we could find a different place to stay and Helen who seemed like a nice old lady got really nasty about both ideas. Told me she has known for 35 years that the door never shut but failed to tell me that when I called to reserve it. According to her it's not a dangerous city and it's safe so we don't need it to shut. When I mentioned about how filthy it was she told me I was up north and then slammed her door in my face... I will NEVER EVER stay at this place ever again.

The owner is a mean person, he asked me not to park where I was parking and said there's a parking spot, so I left using what I thought was the spot and he called me a B***H. Never go there, they are like slum lords. As you can see from the picture it's clearly where others park.

Ben and Rhonda are great people. I have always been a believer that people cross my path or I cross there path for a reason.. just great people!
