North Bear Campground

Free, has stocked rainbow trout. You camp and fish in this beautiful valley. Afaik, it's not the best for trail hiking but if you'll looking for off path hiking it's good for that. at least hip waders are recommended, even for standard spin reel fishermen as there are spots where you'll want/have to cross the river. There's also an amazing general store 5 minutes away with fire wood,food and outdoors supply.

A favorite spot for people fishing, apparently. But there are still a number of footpaths and one major trail to explore.

23 years and counting hands down the best fishing and camping spot if you like nature beautiful crystal clear water being able to see the purple color of the milky way and the beautiful colors of rainbow trout you will love it here but please be respectful and clean up after yourself so that I dont have to come bring your trash back to your house im getting really tired of having to follow yall for hours some of you took me all the way to jersey to return you garbage thank you
